Data Collection
Students in Years 8, 9, 10 and 11 will have brought home a Data Collection sheet containing the information that we currently hold for them. Please could you check the details on the sheet and update if necessary. It is essential that we hold the correct contact details for our students. Could you please sign and return the Data Collection sheet as soon as possible to your child’s Form Tutor or the school office, even if there are no amendments. Thank you.

Year 10 Work Experience
The deadline for completed work experience forms to be returned to school has now passed. If your child has not yet returned theirs, it is essential that they hand it in as soon as possible.

Sainsburys Active Kids Vouchers
We are currently collecting Sainsburys vouchers that we can use for free sports equipment for the school. Vouchers can be handed to your child’s Form Tutor or the School Office.

Year 11 Leaver’s Hoodies
A reminder that leaver’s hoodies for Year 11 students are now available to order from our school uniform supplier Keal Teamwear. The hoodies are £16.50 each and come in forest green, royal blue, charcoal grey and burgundy and are available in sizes extra small to extra extra large. To order a hoodie please visit If you select collection as a delivery option we will arrange for hoodies to be delivered to school, free of charge, to be given out at the Year 11 Leaver’s Assembly in June. All orders must be placed by Friday 21 April 2017.

Inclusive Cycling
Open to all ages and abilities, this is a great opportunity to enjoy cycling with your family and friends in a safe environment for free. Taking place at Osbaldwick School on Saturday 4, 11, 18 and25 February and 4 March from 9.30am to 1.30pm. Bring your bike and enjoy cycling with some help from road safety cycle trainers. If you don’t have a bike you can loan one from Get Cycling who have a good variety of bikes available. If you are interested or would like to know more please contact Hannah Higginson at
