TEACHER OF MATHEMATICS
Full Time, Permanent Post from September 2022
Main Payscale – £25,714 to £36,961 per annum

We wish to appoint an inspirational and highly effective teacher to join our Mathematics department. Candidates must have a keen interest in the research behind successful teaching and how this can be applied to a mathematics classroom.
The successful candidate must possess the ability to teach across the age and ability range, and be committed to ensuring our students are taught with a depth of understanding to enable them to make significant progress over time.
The Department is staffed by seven teachers, all with extensive experience.
The post will provide an opportunity for a well-qualified and dynamic teacher to join a successful Mathematics Department that is determined to excel.

School Cleaner
20 hours per week, hours will be worked between 6am – 8am and 3.30pm to 7.30pm
Full year or Term time only option
Grade 1 Level 1 (£18,332 per annum) reduced pro rata

Millthorpe School is seeking to recruit a school cleaner for 20 hours per week between the hours of 6-8am and 3.30-7.30 pm (Flexible)
- Duties include working as part of the team to clean the school, emptying bins, hoovering, polishing and general cleanliness.
- To carry out periodic cleaning tasks which includes high level dusting, wall washing, removing chewing gum from under desks and tables, cleaning the inside surfaces of all windows, cleaning behind radiators, removing curtains and blinds for cleaning, dusting picture frames and other similar duties.
