Open events at Bishop Burton College
Bishop Burton College is holding a New Applicant Event for students in Years 11 and 13 who are still undecided on which route to take after school or college. This will take place on their campus on Saturday 22 May. Places are limited and tickets are essential.
If you are not successful in securing a place at the event in May, you will be able to join their full open campus event on Saturday 3 July.

New players sought for girls’ rugby team
York Acorn RLFC run rugby league sessions for girls aged 11-16 and are looking for new players. Sessions are held on Saturday mornings from 10.00-11.00am and are free.
Goalkeeper needed for U15 girls’ team
Bishopthorpe White Rose is a thriving footbll club with over 450 children and a fantastic new ground which is nearing completion. They are looking for a specialist goalkeeper for their U15 girls’ team – you could be in Year 10 or maybe Year 9 as the League allows players to play up a year.
